Bulk operate on selected entities

To bulk operate in Mobilizer on a PC hold down CTRL (For Mac hold down CMD) and click with your mouse on e.g. individual content to select only the content you wish to bulk operate on.

Bulk operate on all entities on the screen

You can also select all content on the screen by holding down CTRL and the A key (For Mac hold down the CMD and the A key). You can bulk operate Content, Users, Contacts, Accounts, Support Information, Modules, Call Requirements Sets, Skins and Post Call Reports.

When you select more than one entity you can bulk operate clicking on this icon:

Limitations and tips

You may select up to 500 items at a time for bulk operations. You may use the metadata tags for filtering if you have more than 500 entities at a time to bulk operate in controlled steps.
