Call history view

Call history shows F2F, Remote, Rainmaker mail and Provisioning calls that are submitted. Planned and launched calls are still to be found”under the list view.

To enter call activity history, you need to click on “Calls” and afterwards on the “Call History” icon.

Call history contains which presentations were shown during the call, who participated on the call and slide data from each slide on F2F calls

Note: To get slide data from Remote, Rainmaker e-mail & Provisioning calls, you need to follow the instructions beneath.

Go to contacts in the left navigation
Find the contact you want to see the slide data from and tap on the Call history icon
When the full Call History has synced you will see an arrow on the right side and you can tap on the row containing the call
Click on the Call History Icon
You can see the contact’s full slide data on this view
