Adding users
Users can be added manually or can be mass imported via an XML file.
Adding a single user
The Add User function is located in the upper right hand portion of the screen.
Click the Add button to open the modal window.
This will open up a screen where you can enter information about the new user:
Select the metadata categories for each user in the second tab of the user details.The metadata tags must meet the access rules criteria for access to Content and other items, such as Contacts, Modules and Call Requirements, if utilised.
To save your data, click on the Save icon.
Importing multiple users
If you wish to import multiple users, click on the Import button in the upper right corner of the screen:
This will open up a modal screen where you can upload an XML file containing multiple users’ data. You can also download an XML schema template to edit and re-upload the data for multiple users. Roles can be selected manually or specified in the XML file.
