Storyboard

The Storyboard is used to organise the order of the slides in a presentation. Slides can be placed in customised, ordered structures. You can make as many different structures as you wish, each consisting of a different set of slides:

Creating a new structure

Click Add. Give your structure a name and ID, and a monitoring name and ID. This will ensure the content is correctly named in analytics reports. You can also choose to copy an existing structure, which you can then modify. Lastly, specify if the structure is a slideshow or a collection. A slideshow is a linear series of slides, while a collection is a nested set of chapters with slides within each chapter.

When you have finished, click Add.

Structure actions, including sharing

  • Delete structure: permanently deletes the structure
  • Make shareable: the structure and its contents can be shared in other channels, for example a microsite
  • Edit: changes the names and monitoring IDs
  • Remove: removes the structure without deleting it.
  • Add: add a new slide from the library to this structure

Re-ordering a structure

Drag and drop a structure to re-order it.

Working with structures

Clicking on the + and – buttons open a structure so you can see the slides within it. You can re-order the slides by drag and drop, remove them from the structure, or make one or more slides shareable within a structure.
