Post-call reporting options

Sometimes, you may find you cannot submit a call, i.e., you do not see the Cloud icon after you have finished a call. This is because you need to include a call requirement (for example, perhaps a completed call must have an account and a contact but you planned the call with only a contact) or a post-call reporting option.

Post-call reporting options in the Engager app are fields the user might have to complete
prior to submitting a completed call. There are four types of options available, completion of
which is mandatory or non-mandatory as desired:

  • Text field – allows the sales rep to complete a free-text field
  • Number field – allows the sales rep to set a number field for the sales rep to complete
  • Yes/No option – allows you to set a Yes/No option for the sales rep to complete
  • Dropdown fields – allows you to set up to 10 dropdown fields for the sales rep to complete
  • External field – This field gives the possibility to add an external URL as a post call field. Please contact your support agent for more information
