Dashboard planning steps – Face-to-face calls

  • Tap a content item or items from the Contents column
  • Tap a contact or contacts from the Contacts column
  • Set the meeting details (date, time, etc.) using the options above the calls ribbon at the foot of the Dashboard
  • Tap the plus button to add the call to the calls ribbon

Your choices will be highlighted, and depending on your chosen Rainmaker configuration, it may be that you have to select some or all of these options. Once created, you will see this call tile on the ribbon:

Where multiple accounts, contacts or contents have been selected, only the first selected is shown on the tile. Double tap the tile and select the Edit icon to see a full overview of selected items.

Once a call is completed and submitted, it is no longer available on the ribbon but you can still access its from the Calls section of Engager.
