Support information

Support information is available to all Mobilizer and Engager users. It contains the phone, email and details of support centres for users to inquire about any technical or internal issues. Just like content and modules, Support information is customisable and can be assigned to different users according to the tags and permissions chosen. 

To create and modify your organisation’s Support Information profiles, click on the Support information tab in the main menu of the screen. Users can access more than one Support information object.
