Submitting a Remote call

When a call is completed, and you have ended a Remote Call, you can tap the cloud icon to submit it directly or wait for the system to submit it automatically after aproximately 60 minutes upon the Engager’s next automatic sync-check. If the cloud icon is not available it may be because post call reporting options have yet to be filled out.
