Post-call reporting

Post-call reporting allows you to set different options in the Engager app that the Engager user might have to complete prior to submitting a completed call. 

There are four types of options available: 

  • Text field – allows you to set a free-text field for the sales rep to complete 
  • Number field – allows you to set a number field for the sales rep to complete 
  • Yes/no option – allows you to set a Yes/No option for the sales rep to complete 
  • Dropdown fields – allows you to set up to 10 dropdown fields for the sales rep to complete 
  • External – Adds the ability to have a iFrame with reference to 3 party site as a post call reporting option 

Once the desired reporting options are created, they are assigned to Engager users via metadata tags. Remember to activate post-call reporting options in the module being used (see 11. Modules) and set the required access rules (see “9.3. Access rules”). 

To create new post call fields click the Add button (+) and select the type of field required.
