Creating a filter

For the purposes of this example, we will create and save a filter of Contacts in North America.

Tap on Contacts, then the Filters icon at the top of the Engager screen to view the options:

Depending on how your organisation has been set up, you will see different filters. In this example, Geography.

on the chevron to the right of the filter name takes you a level down, i.e., places within America from which you can choose:
