Filters

It is possible to create filtered views of the accounts, contacts or content in Engager. These views can then be saved and deployed on the Dashboard to enable fast access to the chosen view.

Filters are selected by tapping on the Filters icon, which opens the filter view. Tap again to close the view.

Filters are saved, loaded, and deleted by tapping on the Star icon, which opens the saved view. Tap again to close the view.

Filters elections are removed, but not deleted, by tapping on the Reset icon

Delete a filter

All filters work on selected back-end metadata. As a special notice, the Calls tab filter option is a combination of from Content, Account and Contact. For more information on this, contact your back-end administrator or Agnitio Support.
