Deactivating users

The Detailed User screen also contains the ability to deactivate a user’s account. This is located on the right side of the user’s name on the screen: 

Selecting this option will bring up a confirmation box. To proceed, select OK. Deactivated users will still appear in the user list but will have no access to any of Agnitio’s tools or content. To reactivate, follow the same procedure, except that this time the button will appear as ‘Activate user account’. It is important to note that the reactivated user will have their old role(s) but meta data tags will have to be set once more.
