Creating support modules for the Engager app
In the same way that Support information can be customised for different Mobilizer users, it can also be customised for users of the Rainmaker’s front-end Engager app. To do this:
- Create a Support profile as described in the previous section, applying the relevant metadata tags
- Go to Settings > Access rules > User access to support information
and set the same metadata tags you gave the Support profile to the access rule on the Operations tab, ensure that View as Aid is checked:
