Engager features

When creating a new profile, you will be asked to select the features to be made available in Engager.

Contacts enables the user to see the Contacts tab on the left menu
Accounts enables the user to see the Accounts tab on the left menu
Plan calls allows users to plan calls with all required information (i.e. content, contacts, date, time, place, etc.)
Conduct calls allows users to open content
Monitoring enables capture of all data in the content, with the exception of Custom Events
Collector – redundant functionality that will be removed in a subsequent release
Call History shows the data from previous calls with a specific contact, such as content and time per slide, in the Engager
Revealer shows the Revealer tab in the Engager app, giving sales reps access to any analytics reports that have been set up
Provisioning allows content to be shared
Post-call reporting options allows you to set different options in the Engager app that the Engager user might have to complete prior to submitting a completed call
Cellular restriction setting for users with a data plan
Audio for Remote channel enables voice calls during Remote calls. This is available on iPad devices only
