Submitting a Face-to-face completed call

When a call is completed, you will see the Cloud icon. You can tap it to submit it directly or wait for the system to submit it automatically after aproximately 60 minutes upon the Engager’s next automatic sync-check. If you do not see the icon, you need to fulfil the call requirements (for example, perhaps a completed call must have an account and a contact; or the
