User roles
All users have roles assigned to them. These roles set the user’s permissions throughout the Rainmaker suite and determine which areas can be used. Users can have multiple roles assigned to them. The user roles are by default defined as follows:
Broadcasters |
Broadcasters can publish, unpublish and can retire content. They manage content availability for Engager users. |
Creators |
Creators have the ability to create, edit and seek approval on content. |
Engagers |
Engagers are the end-users that meet contacts and run calls. They access from the Engager tablet app. |
Operators |
Operators administrate the entire organization, such as users, content, workspaces, departments and the like. Only Operators have access to the Model and Settings features of Mobilizer. |
Local Operators |
Local Operators administrate specific parts of an organisation, such as users, content, workspaces, departments, at a level defined by metatags, for example, by geography. |
Regulators |
Regulators are allowed to approve or reject content. |
